Well, in order to see me, I need to verify you are a legit hobbyist.  While the easiest way is by giving a previous provider reference, it isn't the only way.  I may also be able to verify you through your work.  You're probably wondering if I'm going to call your boss to ask about you, and you would be incorrect.  What I do is call you personally on your verifiable office line and speak only to you.  I just want to make sure the person who works in that office is actually the one emailing me or calling from his cell phone.

If you are a vouched member on Indys.com or a member with okays on P411 or date-check.com, that can serve as your verification also.

 

Verification is for my safety and the safety of my past friends.  I ask that you have your verification ready when you call.  I will need the name of the reputable provider you have seen before, her number, a few details from when you met to help jog her memory.  I also ask for your last name & contact number so that I can complete your verification.  After we've gotten this little detail out of the way, our time together will be all about you.
